Religious Education

The Religious Education program at St. Martin de Porres enhances and supports lifelong faith formation that is centered in and flows out of the events of Church life. It embraces all ages and generations and promotes participation in the Church.

The first catechist in any child's life are the family members with whom he or she lives. In the family, faith is shared as part of the unfolding of daily life. The home or "domestic church" provides a place in which we all learn to live our faith as well as to understand it.
